In March, we entered the 2008 World Championship Cheese Contest.  The contest featured 1,941 entries from 19 countries.  Renard's Rosewood Dairy won "Best of Class" in the Bandage Style Cheddar mild-to-medium class.  We placed 1st and 2nd in this class.
